The Quest
Team has considerable experience working with the Florida Department
of Transportation (FDOT) and local governments on a variety of
roadway and bridge projects throughout the state. Project experience
includes planning and Project Development and Environment (PD&E)
studies; wetland determinations and permitting for road and bridge
design projects; CEI and compliance monitoring, district-wide
permit compliance and wetland mitigation site construction and
monitoring contracts; and district-wide miscellaneous environmental
services contracts.
PD&E tasks
we have completed include wetland evaluations, endangered species
biological assessments, contamination screening evaluations, socio-economic
issues, 4(f) evaluations, air & noise studies, visual/aesthetic
impacts, community impact assessments, and public involvement.
We have obtained
Department of the Army Permits, Coast Guard Bridge Permits and
State Environmental Resource Permits (ERP) throughout the state
for new alignments, roadway expansions, and bridge projects. We
have participated in the NEPA process for several large scale,
controversial projects involving alternatives analyses, preparation
of Environmental Assessments (EA) and Environmental Impact Statements
(EIS), and extensive public involvement programs.
